One way to do some introspection is to take a peek into our belief system. I will faciltate that by presenting here an on-line form that you fill-in ...

Belief System
Our belief system creates our own reality.
Our own reality ... YES! each one of us has our own (personal) reality that is continually shaped by our experiences, the messages we receive from others -- our parents, teachers, friends, neighbors, colleagues, and so on. Practically every one and every situation we come across is always leaving an impression on us. Every one we transact with and every situation we encounter is writing on our wall.
Our belief system is always a work in progress. Our reaction to a situation we come across is a result of our consulting our belief system -- the writing on our wall -- to determine what it means to us.
When we encounter a situation, it is our reaction to it that counts -- if we percieve it to be friendly and comforting, we welcome the situation and respond to it positively -- however, if we find the encounter to be unfriendly and discomforting, depending on the degree of its severity, we may resist it, we may want to avoid it, or we may even want to run away from it.
Well, Well, Well ... does it mean I create my own reality? Does it mean that the same situation would mean different things to different people. Yes, depending on my belief system it gets embedded as my personal database that I search to find what a particularly situation means to me.
If we could look into our belief system, we may be surprised to find how some of our beliefs have affected and continue to affect our life. It may be very meaningful to explore our various beliefs ... to determine whether our beliefs are consistent and congruent, or whether some of our beliefs are conflicting and uncongruent.
In the next post, I will present a way for some introspection.

Realizing Our Potential
WOW ... how inspiring to think about and become aware that we have a great potential. This idea becomes even more meaningful at the start of the new year.
Even though we know that we have all the potential to be what we want to be, to do what we want to do, to get what we want to get, have good relations with our family and friends, be happy, be healthy, be rich, be successful, be wise, start the business we want to start, the joint venture we want to venture into, take the trip we want to take, write the book we want to write, and so on, we actually fall short of realizing these things ... why?
Well, I want to use this blog as a medium to put forth some ideas on what it takes to realize our potential, become aware of our current situation and then use that awareness as the starting point to see where we are wounded, where are we hurting, what we are lacking, and then use that awareness for personal coaching and healing.
So, this is the starting point ... and I am looking foward to your active participation in this worthwhile undertaking.
Let us start by creating a list of important issues ... sure we can add to or modify the items in the list ... and then discuss each of these items in future linked posts in this blog.
